PJ Got His Life Back
“I met Tony Bianchino in the fall of 2013. At that time my weight had risen to north of 300lbs. I was battling depression and diabetes.
As the widowed father of 3 children I was desperate to get healthy again but dubious that I ever could. Tony’s enthusiasm & logical approach
to weight loss & a healthy lifestyle gave me some hope that maybe I could do this. He designed a program starting with everyday movements that were essential

Krishna Is Better Prepared
“I always have been one of those kids who you always saw playing outside when I was young & once I got older that slowly started to stop.
I had reached to a point where I needed to lose weight. Like everyone else, I started to hit the gym but I didn't know what to do.
So I did what every kid my age does. I went online and download a few apps. I thought that was enough but I realized you also had to
work on eating clean or just eating less portions which I didn't do in the beginning.
For awhile I assumed that eating less got you cut & eat more got you big. Until I meet Tony who literally changed the way I think. He showed me how to track my food and showed me what food is good & bad, even though I had some sort of an idea. He even helped me with how to figure out my macro intake. Which I later realized how to do & helped a few people like my parents. Overall if you want to change your life and the way you look I recommend seeing Tony. He has helped me and so many others. He has helped with my confusion on what I wanted to do when I grow up. I now know I want to help and change people's life for the better and become a Dietitian. I'm also preparing for my first competition with the help of Tony."

Oscar's Got Game
“I came to Tony looking for help with a hamstring injury I was dealing with for over 1 year. I injured the hamstring playing soccer and for over a year I stayed away from any activities that required the use of the injured muscle. I pretty much didn't do any sports for over an year because all of the advice that I received was to let it rest and so I did. After a year of rest I got back to playing the sport I love. It took 15 minutes of running and dribbling to realize that the year of rest hadn't been enough. I was at the point were I thought ... I had to hang up my cleats. It wasn't until I met Tony and with his expertise I was able to gain strength in my hamstring and other muscles that are involved in the movement that running requires. I singed up right away with (Tony) for a course of 10 one on one physical reabilitation classes. We did massages, worked on my posture, core, hamstrings, building up my stamina and building a foundation that I could build upon. Today I am back in the soccer field with more strength than ever before because we worked on developing muscles that I would have never consider on my own. My hamstring is now a thing of the past and I have been building in the foundation that Tony started. I am also back in the gym, working out like never before. Before meeting Tony I also had lower back and neck aches and pain. We worked on those issues also. By doing mobility exercises and strengthening weak muscles. I am a person that does a lot of research when it comes to living and having a healthy life style , so at first I was confident that I could get back in prime athletic shape on my own, but the truth of the matter is that there is only so much that you can research and learn. It was then I decided that if I wanted to get to the levels I was before I needed a professional with expertise in many sciences of the body."

In His Early 50’s, Gary Has a New Lease On Life!
“(When I first met Tony) I was a bit apprehensive and tried my best to listen as (he) explained the benefits of a structured workout program.
(His) pitch and delivery were perfect, the ultimate wake-up call for me were the stats, especially my current health age of 67. The family medical history was a red flag.
I was tired of being tired. Exhausted from the cycle of poor sleep and diet, inactivity other than the daily work routine.
The prescriptions which were regulating and not solving the problem.
The first few sessions were painful as I wondered, could my body be transformed. Throughout, (Tony was) the one who kept me focused on the real goal, the lifestyle change, realistic yet measured. This was not a sprint but a marathon. The mind and spirit of being a winner. It dawned on me that if I did not take care of myself how could I perform at my best and be there for my loved ones.
The 10 strategies for success are just words without a mentor and a support system. (Tony’s) encouragement, drive and knowledge were as critical in my working toward the goal. Even in my early 50’s I have relearned a valuable lesson, a wise man is one who is quiet and listens. This educational process, has been enriched by the respect and admiration gained for (Tony); (his) choice to help others and the relationship and friendship we have forged.
It is no longer about the numbers, although being down more than 50 pounds is great, it is the sense of well being of mind, body and spirit that is the biggest change and continual daily focus.

Caroline Needed A Cheerleader
“When I first started working out with Tony I had turned 30 and was in the worst shape of my life. I had never really enjoyed exercising before and did not understand anything about nutrition.
When I was younger I had tried several fad diets and running but none of it worked because I did not enjoy it and I did not know what I was doing. I was determined to not turn another year older
and be even more out of shape. When I talked with Tony he helped me figure out my goals and gave me easily understandable facts about what I should eat. Together we worked on various types of exercises
which included a lot of strength building. I found that I actually really enjoy exercising but I had never known that since I never tried anything other than running.
The most important thing that Tony did for me was encourage me every step of the way. There were some days I was not able to perform as well as I had the previous week. Instead of letting me get discouraged, Tony was my cheerleader and the next time I came to see him I was able to do better. If I slipped up on my nutrition he was there to get me back on the wagon in a positive way. He was always able to find some progress for me to be happy with even on days where I was not the best I could be. These little victories encouraged me to come in to the gym on days where I did not have a session with Tony and work out on my own. Tony also gave me plenty of information about proper form so that I was able to successfully work out without injury and increase my progress.
It was a sad day for me when Tony told me he would no longer be working at the same gym where I was a member. However, he had helped me so much that I still continue to go to my local gym. I am currently in the best shape of my life and I work to ensure that I keep improving myself. Tony is the person who really “got the ball rolling” for me so to speak. My only regret is not starting ten years ago! I love keeping myself healthy and I’m a much happier person now. Thanks Tony! It’s been great forging a friendship with you and even better to know I’ve had such a positive impact on you!”

“I have been active my entire life, including playing competitive sports and spending ample time in the gym. But, like most people, it seemed that the fitness gains I sought
always seemed just over the next hill to be climbed. And I always seemed to have a little more body fat than I wanted despite all the “work”.
At the half-century mark I decided to change my focus and really attempt to change my body’s muscle/fat composition. After losing nearly 25 lbs over the course of a year, I was looking to add lean muscle weight by focusing on lifting heavier than I had previously done.
