Week 1

WEEK 1

I’ve had 2 great sessions with Tony this first week. With his enthusiasm and positive outlook I had the motivation to add 4 more strenuous workouts at home. I pushed myself a little more than usual. I really want to prove I can reach my goals.

I have always watched my diet and am pretty careful to eat healthy meals. I struggle with documenting my food though, always have, but I know this is an important part of our journey together. I am using My Fitness Pal to log my food and exercise. I am anxious to review this week with Tony so he can suggest the most effective eating plan for my body. Apparently what I have been doing needs some tweaking and I am ready to do it. My hope is that at some point I can enjoy some of my favorite foods and not be afraid of waking up the next day 3 lbs heavier.

I can feel the tightness in my body already – I know some of these new exercises are hitting different parts of my body and it’s a great feeling. I am looking forward to pushing myself again this week!
