I miss my sessions with Tony, so I’m glad to be seeing him tonight. I need some tweaking on some of my exercises. I have base of the thumb arthritis in my left hand and my doctor has advised not doing any exercises pressing on my hands like plank or pushups, a lot of exercises start in that position. I am hoping to change some of these to be able to work out my arms without putting pressure on my hands. I know Tony will have suggestions. He is full of great knowledge and has been accommodating to my likes and needs both with the workouts an nutrition. This is definitely a one size fits all training – it is truly tailored to the individual.
