We'll answer all your burning questions!
How often should I workout with a personal trainer?
Most of our clients in Westfield see the best results training three to four days a week. However, we customize this based on your specific schedule, fitness goals, and budget. During your initial Meet and Greet consultation at our studio (500 Central Ave), we will review your goals and build a schedule that helps you live your best life.
How much does personal training cost in Westfield, NJ?
We believe in total transparency. We review all pricing and package options with you right over the phone before you even step foot in the studio.
Our pricing depends on whether you choose 1-on-1 Personal Training or our popular Shared Personal Training program. By discussing your needs over the phone first, we can provide an exact price quote so you know exactly what to expect.

What personal training services do you offer?
This is our most popular question! We are more than just a gym; we are a complete fitness solution. Our certified trainers specialize in weight loss, injury prevention/recovery, pre-and post-natal fitness, and longevity training for “seasoned” adults.
Our core services include:
1-on-1 Personal Training: A private, fully customized experience.
Shared Personal Training: A unique alternative to generic “small group classes.” You get the individual attention of a personal trainer while sharing the room with 5 or fewer people. It’s a highly customized system where you work at your own pace (Beginner, Intermediate, or Advanced) for a fraction of the cost of private training.
Custom Nutrition Counseling: Included in all memberships! We don’t hand you a generic diet sheet. We build a nutrition plan around the foods you love, your lifestyle, and your schedule.
Members-Only Cardio Room: Access our full suite of cardiovascular equipment before or after your sessions.
I’m a beginner. Do you have sessions for people new to fitness?
Absolutely. We specialize in working with beginners. Because our system is customized, we have beginner, intermediate, and advanced versions of almost every exercise. You will never be thrown into a workout that you aren’t ready for.
I don’t like big commercial gyms. How is your studio different?
Out Run Your Fork is a private personal training studio, not a big box gym.
Appointment Only: No random crowds or people walking in off the street.
Clean & Private: We keep our space immaculate, energetic, and never overcrowded.
Community: You’ll know the staff and they will know you by name.
I usually hate working out. How do you make it fun?
Just read our reviews! Our clients stay with us because of the atmosphere. We combine effective training with a high-energy, supportive environment. The best way to see if we are a fit is to book a Meet and Greet, talk to our trainers, and chat with our current clients. We guarantee you’re going to love the vibe here.
