Frustrated is not EVEN the word!

What is Patience? I can give you a Webster’s version of what it means but in the end all I know is that it’s something I have very little of (that’s putting it mildly). I have spent a little over 3 weeks eating crazy clean! The cleanest I think I have eaten in a long time! Results? Any? Any at all? A big N O!!!!! Frustrated is beyond what I am feeling at this pt. When will the hard work pay off, the sacrifice of skipping out on anything that I might have thought about eating. I mean, I ate healthy before, heck I even feed my kids honey wheat pancakes with flax seed meal, almond meal and milk not water mixed in. I will let them occasionally add a few (4 to 6) mini chocolate chips or a very thin layer of Nutella and they are happy as pie. That’s AFTER they have some eggs, no cheese. I practice what I preach and I lead by example. So why, WHY, WHY , WHY can’t I even see an infinitesimal change? ARGHHH!To add to this frustration? The impending 2 feet of snow we are expecting, UGH!!!! My session with Mark (my trainer) is on Tuesday something I’ve been looking forward to. Even though I am in intense pain afterwards and often feel like a wimp during I look forward to them b/c I know that I’m one step closer to the me I was meant to be!This living healthy thing is not easy, and it requires PATIENCE, something I am not good at. Guess I should add that to my list of things I can improve upon :)Fino Alla Prossimo Volta! (‘Til Next Time)
